Inez and her 12-year-old daughter Rachel know how to stretch their money.
However, they have been unable to make ends meet since Inez was laid off from her job at a car dealership due to the economy.
Inez is now working at a part-time job that she hopes will become full time so they can regain health insurance. Being a diabetic means Inez has to be vigilant with her health care and diet.
