A man has appeared at court after police seized £750,000 worth of cocaine.
Central Scotland Police said the record haul was discovered after they received information about a lorry travelling on the A80 late on Friday night.
About 15kg of cocaine was recovered from the northbound lorry at Castlecary Arches.
Cameron McFarlane, 47, from Alloa in Clackmannanshire, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court over the find.

Babel, a central Iraqi province, is on alert after Iraqi authorities declared it a disaster zone marking the country’s latest cholera outbreak.
At least five people died on Thursday while 90 new cases had been reported, local and national health officials said.
Babel’s provincial council, said: “The laboratory reports from Babel health department indicate there are 200 cases of suspected cholera, vomiting and diarrhea in the province”.

An organization that promotes awareness of health risks for black men is seeking new members.
Burlington County’s Men’s Health Network will welcome newcomers at 6 p.m. on Sept. 30 at the county Health Department’s facility on Pioneer Boulevard.
