Police: Man who stole newspaper also had illegal drugs

SOUTH GLENS FALLS – Police said a Glens Falls man was arrested Saturday morning after he admitted stealing a newspaper and later was found to be in possession of prescription drugs that belonged to another person.
Police said Steven L. Miner, 20, was discovered sitting on the front porch of a Hudson Street in South Glens Falls residence by a
carrier who knew he didn’t reside in the home.
