HARRY Payne will celebrate his third birthday tomorrow wearing clothes that would have fit him on his first.

Mylan gets tentative FDA OK on blood-pressure drug

Mylan Inc. said Wednesday it received tentative approval from the Food and Drug Administration for a generic version of Daiichi Sankyo’s blood-pressure drug Benicar HCT.
Mylan said it believes it is the first company to ask for regulatory approval of generic Benicar, which would entitle it to 180 days of competition-free sales when the FDA grants full approval.

Two charged with selling drugs in Amsterdam
