OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha police were investigating a Monday morning hit-and-run collision that sent two people to the hospital.
The collision happened just before 1:30 a.m. near Interstate 480 and Arbor Street.

A woman who was charged with embezzling funds from a local health clinic was sentenced today in Monday.
Karie Eldredge is the former office manager of Magic Valley Women’s Health Clinic. Police says she stole more than $424,000 from the clinic.
Eldredge originally pled not guilty but then switched her plea in July. In the exchange for a guilty plea, two of the four overall counts of grand theft were dismissed.
