HELENA, Mont. (AP) – A state judge has found a Billings businessman in contempt of court for helping people buy low-cost prescription drugs from Canada.
District Judge Kathy Seeley of Helena said yesterday (Thursday) that Tom Kennedy could avoid being arrested if he paid a $4,000 fine and shut down his business, known as Canadian Connection.

Chiang, 46, was visiting his brother in Fort Worth, Texas, when he experienced the pains on Friday, checked into an area hospital and remained hospitalized today, said Hallye Jordan, his spokeswoman.
