Health care jobs being poached in Grey Bruce

According to the CEO of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, hospitals are feeling the challenge from staff leaving to work for other health care agencies.
Two management positions have recently become vacant because the people have gone to work for the Brockton Family Health Team.

Schwarz Pharma, Pfizer Toviaz Gets FDA Clearance for Overactive

Director of NC mental hospital to step down

RALEIGH, N.C. —
State officials say the director of a mental hospital where a patient died and others were beaten has asked to step down and has been offered another job in the state mental health system.

Punjab slipping on health front: Survey

CHANDIGARH:
Punjab is not in the pink of health. The latest National Family Health Survey
(NFHS) has worrying indicators for the state which is fast slipping up on
immunization programme and its men have been left far behind by women gorging on
fat rich diets. A whopping 37.5% women and 30% men are obese while a sickening
80% children are anaemic.

Hospital workers to strike on Wednesday

Hospital workers to strike on Wednesday: Employees at 10 northern California hospitals will walk off the job for 24 hours beginning at 6 a.m. Wednesday in a dispute over a new contract.
