SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — An e-mail in which Broadcom Corp. co-founder Henry T. Nicholas III allegedly talks about a drug binge can be used as evidence during his criminal trial, a federal judge ruled.

Winslow yet to be released from hospital

being able to go Monday night are beginning to look a little bleak.
Winslow (questionable) has missed practice all week with an undislcosed illness, but it was widely expected that he would be able to play Monday. However, that was if he was practicing on Friday, which he did not.
