WA police join Movember activities with force

HAVING a mo is the go for 448 WA police officers this month.
From face fungus in the form of handlebar moustaches to the Groucho Marx look, the band of sworn officers and staff have thrown out their razors for a month to tend to wayward whiskers.

Malvern voters OK hospital tax

It wasn’t even close.

MALVERN — It wasn’t even close.
Voters in Hot Spring County on Tuesday overwhelmingly app-roved a sales tax increase that will keep Hot Spring County Medical Center open.
The vote was 4,840 for and 633 against.
