Man sentenced for giving drugs to driver in fatal crash

A Monroeville man who provided drugs to the driver in a fatal car accident last year pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter this morning.
Dominic Rometo, 20, of Monroeville, was sentenced to 6 to 12 months in Allegheny County Jail as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors, but he will be paroled immediately with credit for time served. He also was sentenced to six years of probation.
