RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) â Cooper Urbaniakâs doctors want to treat his brain tumor with highdose chemotherapy and a stem-cell transplant. His insurance provider, Sanford Health Plan, doesnât want to pay the nearly $400,000 bill.
