RICHMOND — A 17-year-old boy has died from his injuries in a Dec. 15 shooting that killed another teen and wounded a 21-year-old man, police said.
Todd Gabriel of Richmond died Thursday afternoon at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek after being shot in the head three days earlier.
