Britney Spears’ two-year-old son, who was hospitalized over the weekend, has been released.
According to Reuters Jayden James was admitted to hospital following a reaction to something he ate.
Spears’ family posted a statement on her official website, which said the toddler was admitted to hospital on Sunday, and “doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested.”

Premier Nathan Rees has ordered NSW Health to pay its bills after revelations doctors had to buy their own supplies at a hospital in the state’s west.

The FDA has determined that several dozen products sold as
weight-loss supplements contain potentially harmful drugs that aren't
on the labels.
One example, according to
: A product called StarCaps, billed as a natural
with papaya. It illegally contains a pharmaceutical called bumetanide, which can have serious side effects.

NEW YORK — Philip Reed, a former elevator salesman who became a champion of housing and health issues as an openly HIV-positive member of the New York City Council, died Thursday. He was 59 and lived on the Upper West Side.
The cause was complications of pneumonia resulting from leukemia, said Geoffrey E. Eaton, who was Reed’s chief of staff on the council.
