Family Care Health Centers to help youth with mental, drug problems

The grant will provide funding for a total of three years and will allow Family Care to implement a program to screen, assess and treat patients, 10-21 years of age, with both mental health disorders and substance abuse problems.

A Worrying Prognosis

One thing we can count on from our newly elected president is fresh ideas, some that were campaigned on and others that will be at the top of the president’s list on Jan. 20.

Singapore founder Lee Kuan Yew discharged from hospital

SINGAPORE (AFP) — Singapore founding father Lee Kuan Yew is in a stable condition and has left hospital after being admitted for an abnormal heart rhythm, the government said.

Drugs worth Rs 4cr seized

Customs officials at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Sahar have in
the last fortnight seized drugs worth about Rs 4 crore in the international
market. The drugs were hidden inside auto parts of motorbikes being sent to
South Africa and Australia.
