GRAND RAPIDS — The West Michigan Center for Family Health is offering a new program aimed at helping ensure affordable, routine health care for individuals and families who have lost health care coverage.
The Center’s new Bridge program provides those who have lost insurance the ability to receive basic care for illness and injuries for $25 per appointment for 90 days starting from the first appointment.
