HARRISBURG, Pa.—Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll has been in a Baltimore hospital for days getting intensive treatment for cancer, Gov. Ed Rendell said Thursday.
Rendell said Knoll has been in the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center for approximately 10 days to two weeks. He said there is no prognosis.

Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Co. will pay privately held Deciphera Pharmaceuticals LLC as much as $520 million to research, develop and win regulatory approval for four types of cancer drugs.
The companies will collaborate to develop cancer drugs using a Deciphera discovery that seeks to inhibit an enzyme linked to cancer aggressiveness, Lilly and Deciphera said Friday in a statement.
