Ginsburg released from hospital after surgery

WASHINGTON (AP) — Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been released from a hospital a week after undergoing surgery for pancreatic cancer.
In a statement, the court said Friday that doctors had determined her tumor was in the early stage, TNM Stage 1, and that the cancer had not spread to her lymph nodes.

Investors sue Biovail over FDA snafu
