Willamette Falls Hospital closer to merging with Providence system

Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City, one of the
region’s last independent hospitals, has signed a
letter of intent to merge into Providence Health &
Services.
“This is very exciting,” said Russ Reinhard, chief
