When it comes to finding drugs for diseases of the developing world, the most expensive work is about to begin.
Charitable groups, academics and a few drugmakers have made some progress on experimental medicines and vaccines to fight tuberculosis, malaria and Dengue fever. But taking the drugs beyond early tests is going to require a whole lot of money.

Entelos to help FDA assess drugs Silicon Valley / San Jose
