Drugs are seized in police raids

Illegal drugs with a street value of £200,000 have been seized in a series of raids across Tyne and Wear.
In six days, Northumbria Police found £100,000 of amphetamine sulphate, £80,000 of cannabis and cocaine at the value of £20,000.
They targeted a house on the Newbiggin Hall Estate in Newcastle, raided a car on the A1 in Sunderland and a property in Highfield Court, Heworth.
Officers made four arrests on suspicion of drug-related offences.

FDA To Revise BPA Review, Considers Independent Studies

-(Dow Jones)- The Food and Drug Administration is revising its
draft assessment on a chemical commonly found in baby bottles, saying it will
reconsider some independent studies that showed Bisphenol-A, or BPA, isn’t safe
