LAS VEGAS—Authorities say an elderly patient who killed his physician and himself at a medical office had a medical complaint pending against the doctor and several others.
The Nevada Board of Medical Examiners says it received 80-year-old Eliseo Santos’ complaint against Dr. Edna Makabenta and eight other doctors on Jan. 2.
