Ex-president Havel leaves Czech hospital

PRAGUE, Jan 29 (Reuters) – Former Czech President Vaclav Havel was released from hospital on Thursday after his throat and lung problems receded, doctors said.
The 72-year-old former anti-communist dissident and playwright was admitted to the Prague Motol hospital on Jan. 12 with acute respiratory problems and underwent throat surgery.

FDA approves new drug to treat overactive bladder
