Suspected San Jose meth dealer allegedly funneled drugs to

Narcotics agents arrested a San Jose man this month suspected of supplying South County gang members with methamphetamine to sell on the streets, authorities reported Friday.
Authorities were tipped off to Ruben Lozano Hurtado’s alleged drug dealing late last year during “Operation Red Bull,” according to Rich Westphal, commander of Santa Cruz County Narcotics Enforcement Team.
