NEW HAVEN, Conn. – New Haven police say two men shot and wounded on city streets in recent days have died.
Police say a 20-year-old New Haven man who was walking down Exchange Street in the Fair Haven section of the city late Monday was hit in the chest when a red vehicle pulled up and somebody inside opened fired.
