Fairfax Triple Homicide May Be Linked to Drugs, Police Say

Terence J. Strope, 38, and his brother Ryan C. Strope, 26, were found fatally wounded Nov. 19 inside their rented brick rambler on Moultrie Road in the Ravensworth Farm neighborhood. A visitor, Andres A. Yelicie, 26, staggered out of the house and alerted neighbors to the attack, but he too died.

Doctors Warn: Wii Puts 10 In Hospital a Week

Up to ten people a week are being hospitalized with injuries caused by playing Nintendo Wii games, prompting doctors in Britain to issue warnings of the dangers associated with the video game system.

Beverly Hospital's Laverty steps down

president and chief executive Stephen Laverty has resigned, the trustees of the hospital’s parent organization, Northeast Health System Inc., said today.
