, which will become the anchor tenant of a massive science and technology park on the college’s Germantown campus.
The proposed five-story, 93-bed hospital is estimated to cost $267 million, including land and equipment. It will also have an obstetrics/gynecology outpatient clinic. The hospital is also planning to expand its 454-bed facility in Silver Spring.
