Medicare Says 'No' to Bed Sores and Other Hospital Complications

Regulators at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services told about 3,500 U.S. hospitals that as of Oct. 1, they won’t be reimbursed for such so-called “never events” that patients should never acquire during a hospital stay. Center to host free women's screening

HUNTINGTON — The Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center is hosting a free women’s health screening from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30.
