NEW YORK (Associated Press) – Diet company NutriSystem Inc. said Monday it entered into a partnership with the home delivery division of frozen food provider Schwan Food Co. to develop and sell NutriSystem-brand frozen foods.
Under the partnership, NutriSystem said the companies will create a new line of frozen foods called NutriSystem Select. The line is NutriSystem’s first frozen food offering.

A South Jordan family plans to fight a court decision forcing them to give up their adopted American Indian son.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Police are charging a 23-year-old “safety
companion” with sexually assaulting a 45-year-old mentally
disabled patient at a Syracuse hospital.
Police arrested Jamison Adsit of Liverpool on a charge of
committing a second-degree criminal sex act. He is being held in
the city-county jail until he can appear in court with a lawyer.
Police say Adsit is an employee of Express Staffing, which

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- Samples of the Tennessee River water turned up at least
common drugs, including caffeine, antibiotics, and anti-depressants.
One professor at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga is taking the samples as part of a study to gauge pharmaceutical concentrations. So far, the drugs that have been detected are small proportions, the same as in other areas of the country.
