IHOP giving free pancakes with donation to Riley Children's Hospital

Even though Fat Tuesday is about paczkis, pancakes are flying off the griddle Tuesday for a great cause.

Murder victim 'just out of jail'

A man who died after being stabbed at a bungalow in north Hampshire had just been released from prison.
Dwayne Ayres, 20, of Yateley, died in hospital after he was found at a house in Holt Way, Hook, early on Sunday.
Post-mortem tests showed he died from stab wounds. A murder inquiry is under way and eight men and one woman have been arrested and remain in custody.

Man shot, killed near San Francisco's Alamo Square

A 23-year-old man was the victim of an early morning shooting today in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood, authorities said.
The victim was identified by the medical examiner’s office as Leo Jia Jian Yu, a San Francisco resident.
Police said the shooting took place outside at Pierce and Turk streets, three blocks north of Alamo Square, just before 2 a.m.
