BROCKPORT — A Lakeside Memorial Hospital official was tight-lipped during a Tuesday afternoon press conference regarding the fatal shooting of one his former employees, Mary Silliman, and Randal Howard of Orleans County.

treatment for a bleeding disorder seen in patients with a rare
genetic defect.
