BEIJING (AP) — China’s top health official on Tuesday ordered stronger measures to prevent the spread of bird flu as the country announced its third fatality from the H5N1 virus in a month.

WEDNESDAY, Feb. 4 (HealthDay News) — A new analysis shows that the drop in breast cancer cases that began in 2003 is indeed due to women stopping hormone replacement therapy (HRT) after a large, U.S. study showed surprisingly higher rates of heart problems and breast cancer among users of some kinds of HRT.

Indonesia to send medical aid to Gaza

JAKARTA: Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim nation, is planning to send medical aid to Palestinian victims of Israeli air strikes in the Gaza Strip, official said Monday.

Cops investigate Brooklyn nursing home where three patients died

nursing home was the scene of a crime – or just an eerie coincidence – after three patients on the same floor died within an hour of each other.

Medical Tourism in the Philippines
