Son of club boss on drugs charges

The 17-year-old son of Inverness Caledonian Thistle acting vice-chairman Graeme Bennett has appeared in court accused of dealing drugs.
Connor Bennett, of Milton of Leys, Inverness, appeared in private from custody on petition at Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday.
He made no plea or declaration when he appeared before Sheriff Alexander Pollock.
Mr Bennett was committed for further examination and bail was refused.

Government medical advisers recommended a ban on Darvon, a prescription drug that has been used to treat pain for more than 50 years but has been linked to addiction. An advisory panel to the
