MARTINEZ — A personal dispute boiled over into violence this morning when one man stabbed another and was later arrested, police said.
The 46-year-old victim called police about 7:15 a.m. to the Nob Hill Shopping Center in the 500 block of Center Avenue, saying he had been stabbed, according to a news release. He was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek with a single non-life-threatening stab wound.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Baby formula from China is illegal in the United States and should not be used, U.S. regulators warned on Thursday after Chinese officials blamed tainted formula for the death of an infant.
