Mich. woman votes from hospital after giving birth

RICHVILLE, Mich. – A
woman wasn’t about to let a
little thing like childbirth stop her from voting.
The Bay City Times reports 25-year-old Andrea J. Maczik went
into labor Tuesday morning. By the time the Richville woman arrived
at Covenant HealthCare’s Harrison Campus in Saginaw, she decided
that she was going to cast her ballot anyway.

Hospital music therapy room named for AC/DC singer

SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) — A new music therapy room at a hospital on Florida’s Gulf Coast is being named for AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson.
