Local Medical Center to Close Its Doors

A local medical center will close its doors to patients at the end of February.
The Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation will close its health center at 3480 Centennial Blvd. and change its status from a public charity to a non-operating, private charity.
The foundation will no longer offer direct patient care as of Feb. 28.
