Collier to get $23K for van to transport veterans to medical

United Way and the Veterans Council of Collier County will present a $23,360.40 check to the Collier County Commission. The money will pay for the purchase of a van that will transport veterans to medical appointments, as part of the Veterans Transportation Program.
