Dispute leads to stabbing

A Lebanon man was stabbed during a domestic dispute at his home yesterday morning.
Jose T. DeJesus, 33, of 1016 Cumberland St. was stabbed in the arm by Suheily Malave-Guzman, 22, same address, said police, who arrived at the home at 6:10 a.m.
DeJesus was transported by ambulance to the Hershey Medical Center, where he was released after treatment, according to a center spokeswoman.
Malave-Guzman was charged with aggravated assault, police said.

Mesa medical center forced to turn away patients

One community health center in Mesa is having to turn people away as a beleaguered economy increases demand for its discounted health services.
The Mesa Family Health Center, part of Maricopa Integrated Health System, had been tapped for a potential expansion project along with the health center’s Chandler campus.
