ALAMO, Tenn. (AP) — A fire broke out at a day care center in rural western Tennessee on Wednesday morning, sending five people to the hospital, including an officer who helped rescue children from the building.
Officials with Jackson-Madison County General Hospital said they were treating three children and two adults.

Police investigating patient deaths at a Dunbartonshire Hospital have set up a major incident room, it has emerged.
An outbreak of Clostridium difficile at Vale of Leven Hospital caused the deaths of nine patients and was a contributory factor in nine more.

Two men have been arrested on charges of selling narcotic drugs to teens, some as young as 15, Tempe police said.
Working together, Tempe and Gilbert police arrested 21-year-old Christopher Fernandez of Gilbert on January 14 on three counts of selling narcotic drugs. He was arrested in Gilbert during a traffic stop, Tempe police said.
