Cookeville Regional Offers Fitness Clinic

Cookeville Regional will hold a Fitness Clinic on January 31 from 7am-10am in the Education Center.
The Fitness clinic will offer individuals the opportunity to participate in affordable screenings and visit with numerous educational booths to assist with healthy living in 2009.
Participants can also receive free screenings such as blood pressure, gait analysis, spine assessment, height, weight, orthotic consults and oxygen saturation.

New fitness center to open in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON — Twin City residents will have another place to go to keep their New Year’s fitness resolutions.
Cardinal Fitness is expected to open in the 8,400-square-foot space between Premium Pet Supply and Sun Loan Co. in Colonial Plaza, at the corner of Empire Street and Veterans Parkway in Bloomington, in late February or early March, said co-owner Brad Feinsmith.

FDA Clears Natural Sweetener Stevia
