Remaining suspects in Rodeo attack surrender

RODEO, Calif.—Two remaining suspects in an attack on a Contra Costa County Sheriff’s deputy in Rodeo are in police custody.
Authorities say 20-year-old Aljamair Walker and his brother, 19-year-old Brandon Walker, surrendered Friday. They are suspected of criminal conspiracy and assaulting and threatening a police officer.
Police have arrested two other people in the case.

Illegal Drugs Intractable

Our police claim they must witness drugs being sold before they can make an arrest. They can also find drugs in vehicles, but search only after probably cause. A car would have to be piled high with drugs to garner a serious jail term.
