A Dizzy Fumo Goes From Courtroom to Hospital

There was more drama today in the trial of Vincent Fumo after the former Pa. state senator had to be taken out of the courtroom on a stretcher.
The trial was halted Thursday afternoon after Fumo complained of dizziness and had trouble breathing, according to a source in the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Fumo originally said that he was feeling better, but then agreed to go to Hahnemann University Hospital.

SoCal hospital employee accused of ID theft

In a letter written to affected patients last week, the hospital’s chief financial officer warned that their information had been found during a search of the home of 44-year-old James Allen Wilson, who had been an employee of the billing department.
