DOJ Joins Lawsuit Against Johnson & Johnson, Scios

-(Dow Jones)- The U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday that it
is intervening in two whistleblower lawsuits alleging that drug manufacturer
Scios Inc. and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson Inc. (JNJ), marketed the
