An ongoing investigation involving the sales of illegal drugs resulted in two arrests at a University of Miami fraternity house.
The Coral Gables Police Department Special Investigations Section’s Vice, Intelligence and Narcotics unit in conjunction with the University of Miami Police Department executed a search warrant Thursday at the ZETA BETA TAU fraternity house.

A San Luis Obispo man was arrested late Friday after police say he sold cocaine and Ecstacy to undercover officers at a downtown nightclub.
David Michael Lamberson, 36, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Higuera Street. Officers from the San Luis Obispo County Narcotics Task Force, who arrested Lamberson after a two-month investigation, said he had been selling the drugs at clubs in downtown San Luis Obispo.

SAN JOSE – Narcotics agents arrested a San Jose man this month suspected of supplying South County gang members with methamphetamine to sell on the streets, authorities reported Friday.
They were tipped off to Ruben Lozano Hurtado’s alleged drug dealing late last year during the “Operation Red Bull,” according to Rich Westphal, commander of Santa Cruz County Narcotics Enforcement Team.

A 58-year-old Pacifica resident who allegedly struck and killed a man while driving under the influence of drugs in San Mateo pleaded not guilty Friday, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors charged Louis James Henry with felony driving under the influence and plan to elevate the charges if the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office determines the victim died at least in part from the crash, Chief Deputy District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.—An Orange County hospital worker allegedly pilfered $234,000 from two cafeteria cash registers during a five-year period.

A former Fallowfield Township police officer is in jail today after he was formally charged Tuesday with stealing drugs from a case he investigated.

FALMOUTH — A 21-year-old Falmouth man who allegedly offered a police officer a bribe and hid drugs under the front seat of a police cruiser was arrested on multiple drug charges Tuesday, a police spokeswoman said.

PENSACOLA, Fla. — An Indiana financial adviser was been indicted Tuesday on federal charges that he intentionally crashed his airplane in an attempt to fake his death.
