80-year-old dies after hospital allows him to walk home

Aplyn Wynn-Jones, 80, took two hours to complete the journey and was so exhausted when he got home that he was physically sick.
His family called an emergency doctor but the retired civil servant died of multiple organ failure the following day.
His relatives are angry that hospital staff did not arrange transport to take him home.
