AQUATIC CROSS TRAINING. North Shore Physical Therapy and the Salem YMCA will provide an aquatic cross training exercise workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 7: 15 p.m. in the small pool. The workshop trains in shallow water techniques, abdominal conditioning, lumbar stabilization, core strengthening and deep-water cardiovascular training.
