Former Alaska Hospital Worker Shoots, Wounds 2 Supervisors

ANCHORAGE, Alaska —  A worker returned a day after being fired from an Alaska hospital and shot his ex-supervisors Wednesday, killing one and critically injuring another.

SCHENECTADY — A man admitted today that he sold a gun, crack cocaine and heroine to undercover police officers in late 2007 and early 2008, authorities said.

Former Celtics owner Mangurian dead at 82

BOSTON (AP) — Harry Mangurian Jr., a former owner of the Boston Celtics and renowned horse breeder, has died of leukemia. He was 82.
The funeral home handling his arrangements said Mangurian died Sunday. He died at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., after an eight month battle with the disease.

Man arrested on suspicion of killing former Japanese vice minister

TOKYO, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) — A man who turned himself in to police Saturday night, claiming he had killed a former vice minister and his wife, was arrested in the early hours of Sunday.
