NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev.—Officials say a North Las Vegas day care that was closed after a toddler drowned this week was licensed and passed a July inspection.
The 18-month-old boy who died was identified as Jordan Williams. Investigators say they are looking at how he and 3-year-old boy were able to get into the backyard pool at the house.
