SANFORD, Fla. – A woman accused of stealing a baby from a Sanford hospital pleaded guilty on Tuesday.
Jennifer Latham was accused of taking a newborn baby from Central Florida Regional Hospital last March. In April, Latham pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, attempted kidnapping and burglary, but reversed those pleas Tuesday.

A Lindsey man pleaded guilty to embezzling drugs from an Ada pharmacy Friday.
United States Attorney Sheldon J. Sperling said Hugh Edward Work, 32, pleaded guilty to theft or embezzlement in connection with health care and embezzlement or theft from an Indian tribal organization.
Work was employed at a pharmacy owned by the Chickasaw Nation when the crime occurred.

COSTA MESA, Calif.—A woman who helped recruit patients to undergo unnecessary surgeries as part of a $154 million medical insurance fraud has pleaded guilty to 22 charges.

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — A former pharmacist for Chickasaw Nation Health Services has pleaded guilty to stealing $150,000 worth of drugs from the tribe’s pharmacy.
Hugh Edward Work of Lindsay pleaded guilty Friday in federal court in Muskogee to federal embezzlement charges. A sentencing date has not been set, but the 32-year-old faces up to five years in prison and could be fined up to $250,000.
