— A free family health and nutrition fair is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Tarrant County College Southeast Campus in Arlington. The 14th annual Family Expo is presented by the Arlington Graduate Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. The campus is at 2100 Southeast Parkway. LDS Hospital hosts open house, free health screenings Saturday

Salt Lake City’s LDS Hospital is hosting an open house and free health fair Jan. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to celebrate its recent $4.7 million face-lift. Most activities will take place in the education center, north of the main hospital entrance on 8th Avenue and C Street.

Lifestyle Fitness offers food, Cavs stuff Saturday

Outdoor Fitness Festival holding 5K/10K race Saturday

For the second year, the 5K/10K run/walk will be part of the larger Outdoor Fitness Festival, which continues this weekend. It will start at 8 a.m. tomorrow at Bass Pro Shops’ main entrance on south Campbell Avenue. Proceeds from the event will go to Ozark Greenways’ efforts to continue developing trails around the community.

Wilson’s Creek to host fitness event Saturday

Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield is partnering with CoxHealth on Saturday to kick off its year-long Battle for Fitness.
