— Spain’s best-known investigating magistrate, Judge Baltasar Garzon, was rushed to a hospital in Madrid on Friday, where he remained under observation in the coronary unit, CNN partner station CNN+ reported.

GLASGOW airport terror hero John Smeaton’s condition in hospital deteriorated early yesterday.
The 32-year-old’s family and fiancee Christy MacPhedran were called to his bedside at Paisley’s Royal Alexandra Hospital.
But his condition improved following the 5am alert and last night his condition was stable.
The former baggage handler is in intensive care following a severe asthma attack at home. He is unconscious and on a ventilator.
